Agreement

1. I understand and agree that by continuing past this page and making my payment I intend to hire Kimberly D. Kovach, Esquire, to provide me with legal services regarding a Simple Uncontested No-Fault Divorce.
2. I do not have any other attorney representing me for this divorce proceeding and no divorce has been filed in any county in Pennsylvania.
3. I have read, understand and agree to the Client Agreement published on this website. (Click Here for Client Agreement.) I also agree to print, sign and send the Client Agreement to Kovach Law Office immediately following making my first payment if I have not done so. The signed client agreement may be sent by mail, fax or scaned and sent by email.
4. I understand and agree Kovach Law Office will start preparing my paperwork as soon as the first payment is received and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
5.  I understand an Attorney-Client relationship is not formed until final payment and a signed Client Agreement are received by Kovach Law Office.
6. I further agree all the information I provide to Kovach Law Office for my divorce is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
