Payment Options
Kovach Law Office offers several different options to make obtaining your Stress Free, Hassle Free, Simple Uncontested No-Fault Divorce in Pennsylvania as financially easy as possible.
Please select from one of the following payment choices below.
Payment Choice One: This payment choice is for those who are able to pay the full amount of $195.00 now. Combine this payment choice with the Rush Delivery Service for the fastest possible divorce.
Payment Choice Two: With this choice your fee is split into three payments. You will pay the first payment of $95.00 today and two remaining payments of $50.00 each at your convenience. Once your $95.00 payment is paid we will start creating your client file and prepare your paperwork. You will be able to add the Rush Delivery Service option to any of your payments.
We will not serve papers on your spouse or file your divorce until after the final payment is received.
Kovach Law office accepts online credit card payments (fastest option), online electronic check, check, money order, credit card payments by mail, or you may call our office at 724-550-1652 to make a credit card payment over the phone. Also… If either of the above two payment options will not work for you, please call us. We will work out any reasonable payment arrangement you need.
Attorney Client Relationship
In an effort to expedite your no-fault uncontested divorce in Pennsylvania, Kovach Law Office will begin creating the documents you will need for your divorce as soon your first payment is received. Therefore, once a payment has been made it will not be possible to to issue a refund under any circumstances.
Attorney Kimberly Kovach agrees to represent you only after full payment is received. Until full payment is received there is no attorney-client relationship. After full payment received the attorney-client relationship is limited to those proceedings related to your no-fault uncontested divorce and/or any other optional services purchased.
